Reputable freight carriers will deliver your order by appointment, curbside with lift-gate service included.
This means you will be responsible for getting these planters into your home. The freight company cannot assist you, so you may need to have a dolly and extra help moving the planters to the desired location.
Designerlandacapeplanters.com allows returns within 10 days from date of purchase. Planters need to arrive in their original condition and buyer is responsible for repacking, scheduling shipping, and shipping costs charged by your elected carrier. If products were shipped on a pallet, they must return to us on a pallet to ensure safety.

By this time, it is highly likely that the product(s) on order have been packed and ready for shipment or may have already shipped in order to meet our rigorous customer-service timeline. Many of our products are wood-fired and have naturally beautiful color variations.
Customer accepts a reasonable range of color variation due to the process of manufacturing large scale landscape planters purchased on our site.
To avoid surprises on sizing and misinterpretations of colors we ask that the customer be willing to accept this range as a part of the purchase agreement.
DELIVERY
Although we do offer shipping to your home or business, the freight carriers are not set up for “white glove service” and your product will be delivered on a pallet, curbside. This means you will be responsible for getting these planters into your home. The freight company cannot assist you, so you may need to have a dolly and extra help moving the planters to the desired location.
The freight carrier will call to notify you of delivery, so please ensure we have a good phone number for your delivery time. We do not recommend placing your order today, IF, for example, you plan to be out of town in the weeks that follow.
Freight carriers will charge "storage" fees if a delivery appointment cannot be made withing 48 hours from the time the shipment arrived at the delivering carriers terminal. In such instances or if shipment is refused by customer, DesignerLandscapePlanters.com may authorize return of the shipment at clients expense should carriers notify us that storage fees are about to be incurred.
Please contact us within 3 business days from the date your order was placed should you wish to delay shipment so we can reschedule production of your order for a later date.

Is there much color variation from what i can see on my screen?
Our glazed ceramic planters are wood-fired, giving each piece a unique finish with slight color variations. While product photos provide a close representation, please expect some natural differences that enhance the individuality of each planter. Note: Colors may vary depending on the screen settings for your computer.
